Implementation of international standards
In accordance with its mission, vision and development strategy, TeleGroup implemented an Integrated Management System which consolidates the following standards: Quality Management System ISO 9001, Information Security Management System ISO 27001 and Service Management System (IT) ISO 20000.
The System was built based around the process model and in accordance with the current level of technical and organizational development of the company. It conforms to all international standards from the respective fields.
An audit of the management system’s conformity to standards and requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 is performed regularly by leading company in the field of certification, Eurocert Greece.
Certificates apply to the following fields of activity
- Design and development of ICT systems
- Sales, installations, solution integration and equipment distribution
- Technical support and servicing
All TeleGroup employees and subcontractors are obliged to comply with the principles and standards of the company policies regarding quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety and information security standards.
